Privacy Policy

• Information you give us — your name, mobile number, email address, delivery and billing addresses, and anything you tell an advisor or write in a message to us.
• Order information — the pieces you buy, the Truth Tag details of those pieces, invoices, and returns, service and buyback requests.
• Documents required by law — PAN or other KYC documents where a transaction requires them.
• Technical information — device, browser, approximate location derived from IP, and how you use this website.

We do not collect your card or UPI credentials. Those are handled by our payment partners.

• To process, fulfil, deliver and invoice your order.
• To provide support, servicing, returns, exchanges and buyback.
• To keep your account, vault and jewellery passports up to date.
• To meet legal, tax and record-keeping obligations.
• To improve the website and our products, and to prevent fraud.
• To send you updates you have asked for. You can withdraw that at any time.

We do not sell your personal information.

We share it only with parties who need it to do a job for you: courier and logistics partners, payment gateways, technology providers who operate our systems under contract, and professional advisers. Everyone we share it with is bound to use it only for that purpose.

We also disclose information where the law, a court, or a regulator requires it.

We use technical and organisational measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the information — encrypted transmission, access controls, and restricted internal access on a need-to-know basis.

No system can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure. Please keep your account credentials and one-time codes to yourself; we will never ask you for an OTP or a password.

• Marketing — unsubscribe from any email, reply STOP to messages, or change your preferences in account settings.
• Cookies — accept, reject or manage non-essential cookies from the consent banner at any time.
• Account data — update your profile, addresses and communication preferences yourself.

We use cookies and similar technologies in three groups:

• Essential — needed for the site to work at all: your session, your bag, security and fraud prevention. These cannot be switched off.
• Analytics — help us understand which pages are useful and where people get stuck. Off until you allow them.
• Marketing — used to measure and personalise advertising. Off until you allow them.

Nothing in the analytics or marketing groups is loaded before you have made a choice, and you can change that choice whenever you like.

We keep personal information for as long as you have an account with us, and afterwards only for as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected for — including tax, accounting, warranty, service and buyback records, which the law requires us to keep for defined periods.

Subject to applicable Indian law, you may ask us to give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, delete it where we are not required to keep it, or withdraw a consent you previously gave.

Some of the service providers who operate our systems may process information outside India. Where that happens, we require appropriate contractual safeguards for the information transferred.

We may update this policy. The effective and last-updated dates at the top of this page always reflect the current version, and material changes will be brought to your attention.
