Nothing on this website grants you a licence to use any of it, other than to view it for your own personal use.

We take care to describe our products accurately. Photography is styled, colours vary between screens, and handcrafted pieces vary within accepted tolerances.

The declared weights that govern your piece are those on its own Truth Tag and invoice.

Never assume gross weight equals gold weight.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of or in connection with an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from misuse, accident, alteration, or work carried out by anyone other than us or an authorised partner.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including your rights as a consumer.

These terms, and any dispute arising out of them, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved between us, it is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

This website may link to sites we do not operate — payment partners, couriers, social platforms and maps. We are not responsible for their content, their practices or their privacy policies, and a link is not an endorsement.

We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control — including natural events, fire, flood, epidemic, war, civil disturbance, strikes, failures of transport, utilities or telecommunications, and acts of government.

We may change these terms. The version in force is the one published here, with the effective and last-updated dates shown at the top of the page. The terms that apply to an order are those in force when the order is placed.

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of this website, or your infringement of the rights of another person.

If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision is severed and the remainder continues in full force.
