What is on the tag
Four facts, and no room to hide behind any of them.
Declared 24K Pure Gold
The gold content of the piece, declared to three decimals. It is the figure the buyback promise is measured against, and the only one of the three that is gold.
Other / Alloy Weight
The engineered structure, components and any decorative elements. Declared so you know it exists — never presented as gold, never valued as gold.
Gross Weight
Declared 24K gold plus other weight. What the piece weighs in your hand. Useful for insurance and pledging; useless as a measure of gold.
Product Identity
A Product ID and Design No. that belong to your piece specifically — not to the design in general. It is how we recognise it years later.
Never assume gross weight equals gold weight. It is the single most expensive assumption a buyer of gold can make, and it is the reason this tag exists.

The Truth Tag is printed, the invoice carries the same figures, and the product documentation goes in the box.
Always with you
Once delivered, the piece appears in your vault with its own jewellery passport — printable, for as long as you own it.
